Quality Assurance

At the initial stage, every component is tested strictly and recorded on the approved sheet. They will be taken as the standard when we purchase materials for mass production.
During the production, every procedure is finished according to e-SOPs which are issued by engineers after they have made enough validation and continuous improvement.
Perfect Service System

For products sent to our customers worldwide, they all have a unique Serial Number which has been recorded into our ERP system. If there is any quality issue occurs, the customer only need to tell us the Serial Number on the product, Amongo will then handle the following repare or replace service for customer within the agreed time frame.
